Payment terms
All invoices should be paid within a 30 day period from the issue date. We reserve the right to charge interest at the appropriate level for unduly delayed invoices. In the case of invoices delayed by more than 60 days from issues date, E H Systems will seek legal advice to recover all monies owed.
Terms and Conditions (these apply to the public course only)
Cleared payment must be made prior to the course commencing.
A 7 day invoice option is available for Companies that are Limited and have a VAT registration number or have 3 or more delegates attending. E H Systems reserve the right to cancel / amend course dates if sufficient numbers are not met. In the event of ehsystems cancelling the course, all monies will be returned. In the event of a delegate not attending or you cancelling the course there will be no refund. For invoiced customers, the full amount will be due.
