Fire Warden Training

It is a legal requirement that in the event of a fire you have trained staff who can take control of the situation and help in the effective evacuation of staff and members of the public.

The Theory Only course looks at the roles and responsibilities of the Fire Warden / Fire Marshall, evacuation procedures, basic fire risk assessment, spotting the hazards and causes of fire and contacting the necessary services.

The course is tailored to your needs so that your own procedures and contact details can be incorporated into the session. The training is suitable for any size organisation, particularly those in areas where the use of real fire or extinguishers is not practical.

The course is conducted in house and lasts 2 hours. All delegates receive a certificate of attendance.

The theory and practical session has all of the above but includes instruction in the use of many different types of extinguishers and appliances. It is a very enjoyable and hands on course where the delegates learn the best way to tackle and contain small fires. The course is conducted in house and lasts 4 hours. All delegates receive a certificate of attendance.
